The “Solutions” segment features Michael and Stacy Cunningham Spickes of SAM partner America’s Home Rescue (AHR). “The Balancing Act” is Lifetime Television’s daily morning show, hosted by Beth Troutman and Kristy Villa each weekday at 7:30 AM Eastern and Pacific Times, 6:30 AM Central Time, 5:30 AM Mountain Time.
Viewers will learn of the alternatives to foreclosure that trained and experienced real estate professionals can provide, and be offered the opportunity to directly access assistance in their home areas for follow-up discussions. AHR, the premier trainer of real estate agents in the specialized area of short sales, and SAM, which oversees a network of over 100,000 experienced agents throughout the United States, will furnish their teams of experts to homeowners who request assistance.
“Right now, the financial industry’s focus is on helping homeowners to avoid foreclosure wherever possible—as it should be”, SAM Chief Executive Officer Michael Dean said. “The exposure that Lifetime Television will provide to this effort has the potential to help hundreds of thousands of Americans who are currently struggling to make their mortgage payments.”
“The Balancing Act” plans to run three segments on foreclosure avoidance between today and March 3.
