Special Asset Management Teams With Leading Real Estate Firm For Natl. Home Sale Roll-out

Saratoga Springs, NY, May 18, 2009—Special Asset Management (SAM), a Saratoga Springs, NY-based company that provides real estate-related services to the financial industry, today announced a new partnership with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, one of the Dallas/Fort Worth region's oldest and most respected real estate firms, to market and sell distressed residential properties throughout the United States.
SAM has created a unique on-line auction system that will be the backbone of its property sales process. Local realtors, trained in the auction process, are necessary to provide services such as buyer inquiry response, conducting open houses, and placing property listings. CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company will supervise the nationwide management and sale process for SAM with thousands of other CENTURY 21 franchisees, as well as affiliated brokers of the Cartus Network.
